You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.

Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be processed within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please contact our customer service team. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
